Order Processing Time

Every Hellstar order is carefully prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Please keep in mind that orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During new drops, sales events, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume. We’re always working hard behind the scenes to pack and dispatch your order as fast as possible thank you for your patience during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping, delivering Hellstar streetwear to customers across the globe. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout:

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–8 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $29 USD

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Up to 21 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $19 USD

Please note that all delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include the initial 1–3 day processing window.

Order Tracking

As soon as your Hellstar order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Tracking details can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to become active in the carrier’s system, so if your link isn’t updating right away, please give it a little time before reaching out.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship Hellstar apparel to customers around the world. For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your destination country.

These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Hellstar Stores has no control over these fees, and we are unable to predict or refund them. We’re also not responsible for any delays that occur during customs clearance.

Accurate Shipping Information

To ensure your order reaches you without a hitch, please double-check that your shipping details are complete and correct before completing checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee may apply to resend it. Hellstar Stores cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We partner with trusted, reliable carriers to get your order to you safely. However, occasional delays can happen for reasons beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier-related issues or backlogs

Damaged Items on Arrival

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once we review your claim, we’ll offer a suitable solution to ensure you’re taken care of.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping limitations based on local laws, regulations, or carrier policies. If we’re unable to ship your order for any reason, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
